Burger King — Restaurant in Vila Nova de Gaia

Been here several times, and I decided to take-out assas frango tonight (September, 2022). I have bought fried wings in other Burger King's branch and it was good. Unfortunately, it was not here. It was totally different.

Pros: They allow dine-in, take-out, and drive through options. Free parking. Parking and entrance accessible for wheelchair. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The location is strategic because it is near metro station and gas station (Vila Nova de Gaia). The man in the cashier was nice, kind, and friendly. The price for chicken wings is okay, €4.45 for 8 pieces. Free restroom. Free wifi accessible inside the place. They accept payment in cash or Multibanco. The ice cream is good. Free tomato sauce and guardanapo.

Cons: The chicken wings should be fried longer, because I saw red flesh of the chicken...

Really good service from the member of staff, this unit of Bk is always really clean and the waiting time is usually short, once I had a problem with my order, which I payed for a double bbq and I got a normal bbq, I had also ordered onion rings, and it wasn’t on my tray. When I seated on the table, one of the members of staff was bringing me my onion rings as asked, she also asked if was everything ok with my meal and I told her that my burger wasn’t double. Immediately she went in with my burger and in less then a minute she did bring the right one and apologised. She was really friendly the whole time, that really surprised me for the capability of sorting out mistakes quickly and friendly....

4 anos se passaram e tudo mudou para pior A próxima vez que for ao drive e for assediada como acabou de acontecer, vou chamar a polícia e apresentar queixa Estão sempre funcionários fardados e não fardados a fumar e a encarar toda a gente que vai ao drive A começar pelas mulheres e acabar nos homens Vou dar mais uma oportunidade de meterem os vossos funcionários na linha Caso contrário vamos ter um grande problema

O atendimento do Drive não é o melhor mas a culpa não é dos funcionários mas sim da maneira como esta empresa funciona. Não me importo de estar numa rampa a espera se os pedidos vem devidamente correctos , coisa que o Mac Drive não tem , fico imenso tempo à espera para vir tudo trocado e por vezes nem as coisas que paguei vem. No caso do burger , o atendimento no restaurante e impecável , a rapaziada e toda bem disposta! Somos sempre bem recebidos e da vontade de vir sempre aqui, qualidade , higiene , simpatia é tudo o que este restaurante...
