Pizzaria Fabbrichetta — Restaurant in Vila Nova de Gaia

We visited this pizzeria in Vila Nova de Gaia and chose the daily menu, which included a pizza or risotto of our choice. We tried the pepperoni pizza and the mushroom risotto.

The risotto was exquisite, with a creamy texture and well-balanced flavor. The pizza had a thin and crispy crust, with a generous and well-distributed topping.

The menu also included a garlic bread appetizer with mozzarella cheese, which was delicious, and for dessert, a tiramisu that provided a sweet and light finish to the meal.

For the reduced price, the quality and quantity of food were more than satisfactory. The service was fast, and the waitress was very kind and attentive, making the experience even better.

We have visited the restaurant for celebrating 2 anniversaries and everything went well. Everyone liked the food and the atmosphere was great too. The garlic bread is very tasty, same as the pizza, the decoration details are modern and appellative.

The only negative is the fact they called us, while we were on our way to the restaurant, to ask us to leave after 1h30minutes because they had too many reservations. None of this was mentioned before making the reservation (which should have been the more honest way to do things). During the dinner we also felt the pressure of finishing our meal fast as the waiter was always behind us asking if we wanted something else. Minha visita foi em agosto de 2022. Estive lendo alguns comentários negativos e percebi que são os mesmos pontos pelo qual estou fazendo o comentário neste momento. Estive em uma breve visita neste restaurante e fui muito bem atendida, começando que coloquei alguns pontos sobre a minha alimentação, como:excesso de gordura e temperos que não poderia comer. Pedimos para entrada por indicação o CROSTINI DE PEPERONI que nada mais era bolinho de arroz com carne picada. Nenhuma surpresa, pouquíssimo sabor, pouquíssimo recheio, muito arroz e preço EXAGERADO. Conforme a má experiência com a entrada decidimos pedir somente uma pizza.Também por indicação devido as minhas restrições alimentares a pizza sugerida foi JULIO CESAR. Ficamos surpresos com o tamanho da pizza, (que foi informado que era tamanho individual , por 13 euros, muito pequena). A pizza veio além de muito pequena ridiculamente recheada pelo valor cobrado. O frango que vem na pizza é amarelo, puramente temperado com caldo de galinha, reconhecido pelo atendente que nos indicou sabendo das restrições. Por fim não ficamos mais que 25 minutos no local , sem previsão de volta, gastamos 23 euros, com a pizza, os bolinhos de arroz e duas cervejas. Passo em frente a fabbrichetta diariamente e sempre via a uns meses atrás um grande fluxo hoje noto o despencar de clientes neste local. Espero que o meu comentário não seja hostilizado pelo responsável do mesmo. Sou chefe de cozinha frequento vários restaurantes, recebi e ainda recebo inúmeras críticas e isso só faz com que o meu trabalho o trabalho da minha equipe e a credibilidade da onde trabalho seja cada vez mais fonte do nosso crescimento.

Demorei pra avaliar pq estive demasiado ocupado, como sou chefe de cozinha tenho mais o que fazer e só dei importância para avaliar pq a experiência foi realmente PÉSSIMA!
