TOURIST TRAP. I do not recommend this restaurant. We were there for lunch, asked for a francesinha and a bottle of wine and they served bread with some butter. At the end, when we asked for the bill, they charged us 2.5 euro for the bread and 2.5 euro for the butter, so a total of 5 euro for something's we didn't ordered, didn't even eat all of it and they served ot like it was an offer of the house. They should've told us that it costed 5 euros. We wouldn't have eaten it, because it is definitely not worth 5 euro. Do not go here. The francesinha wasn't even tasty, it was ordinary.

What an epic local spot for a steak on a tile or a francesinha! Come prepared to read or speak Portuguese, but the food is really hearty, and the general experience really immersive. Highly recommended.

Quanto ao molho tem um toque amanteigado, suave e picante q.b. Se olharmos ao preço praticado, talvez o melhor restaurante qualidade/preço. Recomendo.

This is quite good traditional restaurant for local people serving lunches and dinners. Nothing super fancy, but there is no point for it, because it's not touristic. The food was really good and tasty, portions were big enough. Plus prices are affordable as well. My...

They were genuine and wonderful people, especially to us tourists. It is a local place and the food and experience was amazing even though they didn’t speak English and I had no Portuguese language skills. We had local specialties and they were tasty. I highly...
