Restaurante Ucha — Restaurant in Vila Nova de Gaia

We went here this afternoon to have lunch here. It was our recent visit after long time ago. Today is Saturday and we arrived around 12:10 and gladly there was a table available for us.

The food quantity is huge. We could not eat all and would take home the rest. We ordered arroz de pato without cheese for 6,50 euros, the additional cheese will cost more 0,50 euro. The rice is tasty and we saw much pato meat on it. The drink is not included. We got 1L of ice tea and costs 2,75 euros. They have indoor and outdoor seatings. They accept the payment in cash or multibanco. The restroom is free. The staff is nice.

I recommend this restaurant if you want to eat Portuguese food with affordable price and...

Péssimo atendimento. Ao telefone fiz reserva e informei que era um aniversário, ninguém informou absolutamente nada, por sinal desloquei-me antes ao local para take away e confirmei a reserva, questionei acerca do bolo e do champanhe e a resposta foi dada em alto e bom som para o restaurante em peso ouvir o sr a discutir connosco o facto de cobrar 0,50 cêntimos à cabeça por levarmos o bolo!! Sim.. o bolo ia fazer com que nao comessem sobremesa e por isso cobram... falta se tudo.. principalmente...

Quero deixar um elogio especial ao restaurante, onde tive uma experiência maravilhosa! Desde o ambiente acolhedor e muito bonito, até à simpatia e boa disposição da equipa, tudo foi perfeito. As entradas estavam deliciosas e bem servidas. O bacalhau estava divino e, para fechar com chave de ouro, o pudim de cheesecake foi simplesmente inesquecível. A sangria complementou perfeitamente a refeição. Obrigada por proporcionar momentos tão saborosos e agradáveis.
