A bit disorganized, don't expect top quality service, they don't like to show people the prices.

At first we tried to reserve, but they don’t do reservations. When we arrived, there was a lot of people already waiting. There was no one to sit us, we needed to figure out that we had to write our own names on the paper waiting list, they had outside. We waited may be 30-40min.

When we got a table, I got a little upset cause they showed us a Menu without price, but since I’d seen the price on their Facebook, I was ok with it.

We ate the Francesinha, cannot say it was the best, but it was very tasty. The amount of fries was poor. I noticed that the size of our plate for 5 people was the same as the table next to us with 3 people. The restaurant was very busy and noisy. So I only got a chance at almost the end of the meal to talk to the Waiter about the fries, and he said we could have ordered more…free of charge(?) So apparently they bring you the little amount and you have to guess that you can order more. Never heard such a thing.

For my biggest surprise, they charged us the fries separately. So they have a price on Facebook for Francesinha with fries and egg 8,50€. And they charged us 8,80€ plus the 1,70€ for the fries. If the amount was proper, it still wouldn’t be so expensive, but I don't like being tricked!

TIP: ask for the menu with price, cause you have the right to it.
