This review is not about the food or ambience, but about how we were treated during a moment that called for basic compassion. After attending the Lusail Sky Festival on 05-03-2025 ,my friend and I (with our two kids) were walking back as our car was parked little far from the venue. Then my 6-year-old urgently needed to use the restroom but there was no public facility around. We had no plans to dine at this restaurant initially, but due to urgency we stopped hoping to use the restroom and order some food for that .This was around 9pm at night.I went with my kids to the restroom but then a staff member named Hajra stopped us infront of the restroom door because I wasn’t yet a customer, insisting that I had to order first. I explained the situation and said I’d order right after, but she still refused saying she will not allow unless i take a table. She sounded quite rude, also was loud enough for other customers to hear our conversation. Only after I took a table and placed the order was I allowed to use the restroom. While I understand businesses may want customers to order, basic compassion and common sense in such situations are essential. The restaurant was not busy at that time, many tables were vacant, and there was no waiting line for the restroom.I fail to understand the lack of empathy shown, especially in a country like Qatar where women and children are usually treated with kindness and respect. This was a disappointing experience, and I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously to better train staff in handling such situations...
Read moreOne of the best restaurants in Lusail with decent pricing , amazing food that reminds me of the better food in Doha area when most restaurants don’t give you a proper taboulla (no lemon no olive oil) or imported Humus. Zakeerya had done an amazing job serving me and recommended their great Hummus , great Musakhan , great bread underneath the Musakhan and it really reminds me of an older restaurant that closed down in Al Nasr that did the same and this did it even better. What a wonderful at home experience and a wonderful atmosphere. My only two complaints is gonna be the open Shisha for people who have children and the olive oil on the table doesn’t seem to be olive oil but a mixture of other oils. The one in the dishes tastes like olive oil but cannot really determine it as mixed. My bill was 138 for Hummus , Tabboluha, Soft drink , Masakhan and an um Ali. Also parking is awful there because it is close to talabat services and you have to go behind the...
Read moreOn new year eve me and my colleagues family ahead to restaurant for dinning, I wasn’t aware that priorly we have to do reservation. Staff of restaurant they can urge us that only pre reservation is allowed, but however their behaviour were rude and they direct talking about prices we serve Qr 165 adults and 65 kids. My question to your management do treat your guest like this when somebody enter to your restaurant on first appearance you greet about price. It’s one of most unethical way to treat your guest. Kindly convey message to your team to don’t judge the...
