Tea world — Restaurant in Al-Daayen

I recently visited Tea World Restaurant in Lusail and, unfortunately, had a mixed experience. While the restaurant’s menu offers a good variety and initially looked promising, a few issues stood out that impacted my overall experience.

First, I ordered the spicy fries, expecting them to be as described on the menu. However, they arrived quite bland, lacking any real spice. When I asked about it, the staff simply offered to sprinkle some chili powder on top, which didn’t quite feel like the authentic, flavorful option promised on the menu.

Additionally, the ambiance upstairs was affected by a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the restroom area, which made dining there uncomfortable. It’s an issue that could really benefit from better ventilation or regular maintenance.

Overall, while the menu variety and location are nice, the quality and attention to detail in both food preparation and restaurant maintenance could use some improvement to provide a more pleasant...

I order Hyderabadi biryani but I get different biryani i messages for management there are telling me did is only Hyderabad biryani ,i message 2 to 3 time restaurant management not giving response also , restaurant in team members tell me did is only Hyderabad biryani ,in biryani i get 2small pc for chicken and total rice with tomato paste, I ask him what is this tomato ,there are telling me this is a Hyderabadi pickle I don't know in Hyderabadi Biryani anybody put pickle???? , Don't order here for Hyderabad biryani west off money here for biryani .. i through total Biryani in dustbin I send pics for restaurant team members nobody reply me after seeing pics .. Don't order from here specially...

The Most Worst service via Delivery..... Even after 3 hours of Delivery the Item has not been delivered... Why do people order food ? Just because they are hungry but if you will take more than 3 hours for delivery in same area itself what is the purpose of having delivery service,? Kindly please if you cannot deliver the order in time then it's no value of having services like this.... I'm not ordering the food from Saudi arabia that you are taking 3 hours to deliver.... The most Worst service I have ever seen in my entire life.... Or while you are taking orders that time mention that you need to order at least 4 hours early for delivery.... Completely...
