Salt Boulevard / سولت بوليفارد — Restaurant in Al-Daayen

The queue was long so we thought “ok then it must be good” Only till we get to the cashier to tell us that the wait time was 1 hour which surprised us but we thought maybe it is just an estimated waiting time since the place was packed. There were 4 persons complaining next to me and screaming at the cashier so it definitely was not a good sign. We went on NYE so we paid, asked to get the drinks and left to watch the fireworks at Lusail Boulevard and promised to come back later to pick up our order. We came back after 25 minutes and the order was still not ready. At this point, we saw how understaffed the place was, they were refunding with cash to 2 customers as they claimed they waited 2 hours and still didn’t get their order. I was wondering why does it takes so much time if it’s just fast food !!! One hour passed by and still I didn’t get my order even though I was waiting on the counter and begging the 2 ladies in the counter to please follow up on it. Turns out I waited 1 hour and 35 minutes to get it. By the way I only ordered 3 burgers and 2 pieces of fries (not complicared at all). My friend got mad at the manager because simpler orders like 1 hamburger were picked up before us and the customer just waited 20 minutes while our order did take more than usual! I do not recommend this place at all. Overpriced, the fries are not good and the service makes it worse. Honestly I can see the girls at the counter are trying their best but as they said “the kitchen is too slow”. Please hire more people if you know that evenings are busier 😡 Customers are obliged to follow up at least three to four times on their order, otherwise the kitchen will not prepare it. They really don’t follow the tickets numeration order they provided. If you dont follow up, they will not even start cooking it....

It's my first time to eat food without salt in a place called "Salt" 🤣 Firstly, If you think that healthy food is the food without salt, regardless it's a fast food then, you should change your mind, or close that place. Secondly, How can I eat cheese fries in a cup?!! Thirdly, the "Big Salt" burger is their largest burger 😅 is a small size burger or you can say it's a kid's meal burger. Fourthly, the beef taste isn't genuine, If you have ever tried Hardee's or Firefly burger you'll understand what I mean. Fifthly, high cost .. small sandwich.. medium taste .. No salt at all 😭 But Lusail Boulevard is the best in this evening Thank you Lusail...

We had a hard time finding the restaurant, when we found it it was a ghost town. There were 2 employees the cashier and the chef, the cashier was trying to do her best but there was barely anybody in the restaurant and they were stressed. The food took 45 minutes to arrive and the cashier even went into the back to help. The food was not even that good. I don't know why this place is still open and advise you not to go. I would put 0 stars...
