I visited Karak Al-Muqanis and tried their Karak and Wajbati, which were okay, but the Club Sandwich and the Cheese and Chicken Wrap were absolutely amazing! One of the positives is that they provide internet. However, they have a downside: there are no washbasins for washing hands, and they also don’t provide scented wipes. Karak is very good but the sevice need to be enhanced .. the staff are not professional and need to have more training and supervision... when I asked for empty cup 🥤 they said no .. really bad service
