Turkey Restaurant — Restaurant in Doha

I got a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE TODAY - October 31, 2021 with the Delivery Driver named HAMZA. When I ordered, I gave the office number and floor to the restaurant, means, they will deliver. When he came, he didn't want to deliver upstairs. He kept shouting and telling me that I should come down, so khalas, I went down to avoid discussion. While I was looking for him, he continued shouting that the food I ordered is not for 1 person only, so I should send someone down to get my order. When I saw him, I told him, khalas stop shouting as I already went down. This is his job, to deliver food, but still okay, I went down to get it.. But he kept shouting. And after that, when he took the money, he forcefully grabbed the money and forcefully returned the money to me. Then he kept saying "maskara" and other arabic words while he was going to his car that irritated me a lot. If he doesn't like his job, or not happy doing it, then just quit your job. His behaviour affects the image of the restaurant. I will never order from this restaurant again because of this rude delivery guy. I will also advise my friends to be aware of this guy named HAMZA from Turkey Restaurant Old Airport branch. I am a lady, and he kept shouting at me even I was trying to calm him down. Extremely rude and disrespectful. An update.

I called the Restaurant to ask what action they did to the delivery driver. And guess what? The driver said I was the one shouting, and the one I called in phone doesn't even care about the situation. He just said in a not caring way, "If you want come, come 5pm, big boss here".

The other staff was empathetic to me, when I called the first time, but this guy doesn't even care about anything.

Very disappointed. And I have read a few reviews about this restaurant. Guess I am not the only one who has experienced rude attitude from the staffs....

Best authentic Turkish food in Mattar Qadeem , From shish taouk, Kebabs , appetizer , Flavorful Shawarma , even the bread is extraordinary. Very friendly Compassionate Staffs , but the only trouble I felt this Restaurant have is that manager who sits in front. Worst behavior ever , he was shouting at the staffs soo badly , even talking to customers in a very poor way . Who ever the customer is Indian , Bengali or even an Arab , we all are paying the same price for the food . You need to show atleast a little bit of manners to people. Manager sitting there is mannerless Boorish person ever this branch have . IDK his name , the fat Turkish guy who always wears a black shirt . Trust me if this dude is the owner ,noone will even buy a piece of bread from this restaurent.

Who ever owns this shop, or who ever is controlling your review page , Please inform your owner about this ruthless Ill-behaved so called manager. Either give him training to behave or get rid off him. Sorry for not mentioning his name as I couldn't notice , But do find a better solution for a good customer service .

Hello, i am Godwin Bosco i love the food in this restaurant and always try to eat here at least thrice in a week. I am so sorry to say this, an incident which happened today early morning, 10/03/2022. We ordered Mixed Kabab, the waitress served it and gave extra 2 maonaaisse as ordered by us. Later we requested for extra spice, the waitress came and threw it on the table. I was shocked, never expected from a restaurant which is serving such awesome food. I was more surprised as i saw her taking orders and serving with the 'bookish' ettiqutte in customer service. Please never discriminate any customers. We give our hard earned money always. Nothing extra, just treat us normal, but give us respect as humans. Sorry to type all this. I am new to Qatar, but first bad experience from a restaurant. Hope you make the staff learn and unlearn the requirements in customer...
