Post mortem review here, I ate from this place two times in 2017. Truly an experience to remember. First time a colleague brought me the food, out of respect I forced myself to finish it.
Second time, it was my own wrong doing. Since I was starving, and happened to be right next to this, I said what the hell, lets give it another try, I can order something different, after all its just a shawarma, how bad can it be?
After almost passing out after standing for over 20 minutes in the hot smelly crowded line where I was now stuck, being too hungry to leave, all I got was another overpriced disgusting shawarma, with no choice of ingredients, which, again, I stupidly forced myself to eat just so I won’t dissolve my stomach. That was a huge mistake, that sadly I realized I made the following day when the food poisoning got me for good.
It’s a shame you can't give negative stars, as one star is too generous for throwing up all weekend.
Today I happened to pass by this place again, looked just as awful from the outside, I did not dare enter it again. Halal food...
Read moreIf you want to go to order directly to them you have to wait after the online orders from Glovo, Foodpanda etc. I do not find it normal as I understand that those orders have some deadlines they should be treated separately not in the same line with the direct customers which by the way you let them sit outside because of the restrictions. you do not have a very nice waiting space, therefore you should find a solution :) Also you advertise in the window that you don't give the orders to the delivery guys without gloves because you care of the safety ....a lie ...it's very unhealthy that they wait next to the garbage cans and they definitely don't have to wear gloves...and please stop measuring the meat ...it takes a lot of time adding and taking out the extra meat...you will not deliver 1kg of meat in a kebap roll by...
Read moreI always order here when I want delicious food in the early hours of the morning but today they just forgot to add my partner's kebab We called the shop before speaking to the Bolt team to see what had happened and if they could offer us the food back. The only thing they could tell us was whether the bag had arrived properly sealed and to ask for a refund on Bolt. I don 't know how many orders you can have at 3am but I think I would remember if I had added an item or not on an order of only 2 items + a dessert so we can report if it was the restaurant's mistake or it was the Rider who took the food (even if the bag was properly sealed). But well sometimes good sometimes...
