Garsonierele Dinu — Hotel in Bucharest

The place is very good for the price,the toilet and the kitchen was great.Heating is good because of boiler there is alwaya warm to wash the dishes or to have bath. The place is overall quiet and near buses and metro but the communication with the owner is mediocre at least. He doesn't understand so well and we told him to warn us in time when we had to leave the room ( check out) but he got confused instead,he didn't warn us in time and we had to leave the room like it was on fire. Another issue is with the doors and the keys,the doors don't open easily or close easily. There is no ring bell/buzzer working and the main door of the room didn't close itself and we had to close the key. This lead to an awkward situation when some drunk Italians entered our room by mistake and we thought we were invaded ( the stove is LPG/ propane,if you are not familiar with the stove please be careful). Zwykłe oszustwo. Opis na booking niezgodny z prawdą - nie zgadzała się liczba łóżek z tym, co miałem w rezerwacji. Również zdjęcia nie przedstawiają realnego stanu mieszkania, ponieważ w rzeczywistości jest ono brudne, w łazience jest czarny grzyb, a konfiguracja łóżek i mebli w pokoju pokazuje nieistniejące miejsce. Kontakt z właścicielem jest praktycznie niemożliwy, bo na każdą próbę wyjaśnienia sytuacji odpisuje, że nie ma takiego pokoju i "sorry, I don't understand". Wygląda to jak celowe wyłudzenie pieniędzy, ponieważ nawet po próbie anulowania rezerwacji bez opłat - za porozumieniem stron - zostało to odrzucone przez właściciela. W środku nocy ja i przyjaciele zostaliśmy bez noclegu i byliśmy zmuszeni szukać czegoś na szybko, ponosząc przez to dodatkowe koszty. Jeśli ktoś szuka taniego noclegu i nie przejmuje się warunkami, to pewnie to miejsce jest ok. Dla mnie najgorszy jest fakt, że zostałem zwyczajnie oszukany i właściciel nie próbował nawet...
