When we arrived, we were greeted with a less-than-professional gesture—a wave of the hand to seat ourselves anywhere we liked. we were left waiting for at least 15 minutes before the waiter checked on us. The menus, accessible via a code on the table and we were ready to order despite being ready to order he dropped the menus off quickly without giving us a chance to say we were ready.

When we called him over to place our order, he arrived without a greeting and simply waited for us to speak. We ordered two plates and two beers, a straightforward request, but he didn't make eye contact or acknowledge us, only responding with a delayed and impersonal "with pleasure" after my wife thanked him.

The food arrived in a reasonable time, but again, it was simply dropped off without a word. Throughout our meal, the waiter did not check in on us to see if everything was satisfactory or if we needed anything else. When we finished and requested the bill, we had to ask twice before it was brought to us. We added a dessert and was amazing to be honest. Initially, I was willing to overlook these issues and still enjoy my night. However, when it came time to pay, I chose not to leave a tip due to the subpar service. The waiter then asked me twice to provide a tip, insisting on even when I declined. This was unprofessional and further solidified my decision not to tip.

Good service is about more than just doing the bare minimum or even less; it's about creating a pleasant dining experience. Seaside restaurant with good food, nice atmosphere, but really bad service! Me and my girlfriend had a main course each and a dessert. Initially we waited just 25 minutes for the main course, which was great, but after that we were absolutely ignored by the staff for one hour. After asking three waiters multiple times to get the dessert we ordered, we eventually got the desert, which was probably ready all along. We asked for the check when the desert was ordered, and after that we were ignored again for half an hour, even though we asked the three waiters each again and again. Afer half an hour I was really annoyed and I went up to the counter and demanded the check, and they did it on the spot in 45 seconds. That's all it took! They weren't even understaffed, sometimes they were just chatting at the counter. Each waiter said: "Yes, my colleague will bring it shortly", and then nothing happend. When an appetite-opening view meets an appetite-satisfying food! It was fantastic. The food was world-class! Flavourful and fresh fish! Their Ginger lemonade did not only come at decent size for you to drinking throughout instead of finishing it quickly, but also refreshing and perfect. Their staff and service were always on the move, quick but slick, fast but efficient and guess what? They do all of it with a smile! Big up Stefan & Alex! The only thing is that expect to wait 25-35 minutes for your food but can you blame them? I mean the volume of customers is off the charts, rightfully so.. (AMazing food).
