Sun Garden — Restaurant in Praid

The restaurant is nice, but the service is terrible. We sat on the terrace where there were maybe 5 people. The waitresses noticed us, but we still got the menu after 10 minutes of being there. After half an hour, the waitress decided that she was going to order, and ordered the people who came after us anyway. She brought us drinks after another 15 minutes. We still thought they had a full restaurant, but 3 tables were occupied inside. I'm not even talking about the food, we waited another 60 minutes for it. I won't say that if the restaurant was full, I work as a waitress myself and this was extreme. The waitresses were completely on the hook. They were doing nothing and the tables were covered with dirty dishes. But in order not to write only negative things about the cook, I have to praise the pizzas,...

While the atmosphere attracted us from across the street (beautiful garden, nicely arranged, airy), I can not say I was impressed by the quality of service. It was not a very busy evening - I would say around 50% of the tables were taken - so I don't understand why one of the people in our group had to ask about their drink, and their food, because they forgot them... And while they did bring them the ordered drink, the waitress claimed that our friend's food was never, in fact, ordered, and that by that time, the kitchen was closed.

While I can't complain about the quality of food (I've had better, but had worse too), the service and friendliness of the staff were lacking, and one can only assume it was because we didn't...

Desi o locatie foarte frumoasa cu cafea si smoothie-uri excelente in anii trecuti, anul acesta am fost profund dezamagiti. Fiind finala de Champions League, am facut o rezervare pe la pranz pentru o masa de 8 persoane si pentru o narghilea, ne mai place sa pufaim si noi din cand in cand. Seara cand am venit la terasa o domnisoara ospatara foarte nepoliticoasa si lipsita de amabilitate vazandu-ne ca vorbim romaneste ne-a intampinat direct "Aici nu se serveste mancare!". Dupa ce i-am spus ca stim si ca avem rezervare ne-a aratat o masa, ne-a spus ca e singura si ca o sa vina sa o curete cand va avea timp. Aici s-a cam terminat toata iesirea la terasa pentru mine si prietenii mei, am fost lasati sa asteptam jumatate de ora fara sa mai treaca domnisoara ospatara pe la noi. Eu am vrut totusi sa insist, am intrat si in local unde e barul sa comand la bar, unde iar mi-a spus ca nu are timp ca meciul nu se mai difuzeaza pe terasa si ca desi am rezervat narghilea nu mai are disponibila. In acelasi timp localul era plin de adoloscenti, localnici, majoritatea minori fara masca fara distantare si care consumau bere si tigari deranjati doar de prezenta mea in local. Atunci mi-am dat seama intradevar ca deranjam cu prezenta noastra acolo si am hotarat sa plecam. As fi dat nici o stea dar din pacate...
