Shanghai Chinese Food — Restaurant in Sfântu Gheorghe

I must say that we came from Brașov to Sf. Gheorghe especially for this restaurant which didn't disappoint but wasn't as we expected it, especially given the hype. The day we went the seafood wasn't available, it being the main reason of our visit. I believe that for a chinese restaurant this should be available at all times. The staff was nice and helpful, although language could be a barrier if you don't speak Hungarian. Only little Romanian and English was spoken. Overall, it's a good place if you're in the area! După un spectacol foarte reușit susținut la Teatrul Tamas Aron din Sf. Gheorghe , cu un succes la public evident și răsunător, componenții trupei ”Alifantis & Zan” am fost invitați la restaurantul ”Shanghai Chinese Food”... Eram un pic dezamăgiți, deoarece ne așteptam să ne delectăm cu ceva specialități specifice locului... În fine, am acceptat invitația... Ce a urmat...mi-e cam greu să descriu : o descătușare a unor pofte culinare, pe care era imposibil s-o controlăm... Excepționalele sortimente propuse de Claudiu (ne-a devenit repede prieten), patronul restaurantului, ne-au făcut degrabă dependenți de tot ce era pus pe masă. Iar muzica ambientală era, în sfârșit, pe gustul nostru !!! Spun asta, pentru că în nenumărate alte locații trebuia să-i rugăm pe cei responsabili, fie să dea muzica mai încet, fie s-o oprească de tot ! Atmosfera, cu totul, în ”Shanghai Chinese Food” din Sf. Gheorghe a fost pe măsura succesului pe care l-am avut în fața superbului public din sala Teatrului Tamas Aron. Personal, sunt convins că dacă voi mai avea drum prin acest cochet și curat oraș, sigur voi opri pentru a lua masa la ”Shanghai Chinese...
