Pensiunea Lucia panzió — Hotel in Sfântu Gheorghe

This pensiunea was really wonderful. Rooms are both in the beautiful building and also in another building. You enter using the gate, and there is a remote control gate if you have a car. Lucia was wonderfully accomodating. Breakfast is from 7-10, I think, and there omelets and eggs are really wonderful, as is their delicious fruit, cold cuts, and potato bread. They have a good selection of tea and coffee. We had a double room and were very satisfied with the room itself and the cleanliness. Best yet, we could walk to the square and many, many restaurants. We especially liked Tribels. You can't go wrong here. Also, there are tables outside for lounging and enjoying the good weather. We booked on booking.com and it worked...

Recenzie negativă – Atenție la diferențele de preț!

Am avut o experiență neplăcută și dezamăgitoare la această pensiune din cauza nerespectării prețului afișat pe Booking. La momentul rezervării, prețul afișat era 325 lei/noapte, însă la fața locului am fost taxați cu mult mai mult, fără nicio explicație clară sau justificare.

Am arătat dovada prețurilor afișate pe Booking, dar proprietara a refuzat să țină cont de prețul afișat și a insistat să achităm o sumă mai mare. Această practică este incorectă și înșelătoare pentru clienți.

Pensiunea Lucia **ne-a obligat să plătim întreaga sumă dupa micul dejun, a doua zi imediat după check-in, lucru neobișnuit și neanunțat înainte. În mod normal, plata se face la check-out sau se acceptă o parte avans, dar aici am fost forțați să achităm tot imediat, fără drept de reconsiderare.

Când am întrebat de ce nu respectă prețul inițial sau de ce insistă pe plata integrală din prima, personalul a fost evaziv și inflexibil, iar proprietara ne-a evitat, refuzând un dialog cu noi.

Recomand prudență celor care aleg această locație – verificați cu atenție suma finală și fiți pregătiți pentru eventuale surprize neplăcute.

Nu recomand această locație. Este inacceptabil ca un client să fie tratat în acest mod, iar transparența prețului ar trebui să fie o prioritate pentru orice unitate de cazare care...

A beautiful, clean, spacious guesthouse. Excellent good food.||They say there is a sauna and heated pool. The pool water was very cold and the sauna non-existent.||The attitude and superiority of the owner are the reasons why this location does not deserve even a star and I would not recommend it. As a bonus come the gratuitous evils, insults and high tone of the owner, who spoiled our good mood...
