National Museum of Eastern Carpathians — Attraction in Vâlcănești

Small museum well worth a visit. It's scarce in exhibits but informative and although I've been there months ago I remember it distinctly. They feature a movie on the ancient history of the area and the archaeological finds and there is some text accompanying replicas.

O incursiune în pre-istoria acestor locuri (Cultura Cucuteni), cu explicații pe înțelesul copiilor ( care nu învață încă Istorie), date de o Doamnă calmă, blândă. Exponate interesante. O adevărată lecție de istorie. Activitatea de atelier , de scriere cu pana de gâscă, a fost un bonus extraordinar pentru copii de " Ziua Culturii...

Muzeu micuț, dar aranjat foarte frumos. Datorită muzeografei, care a fost foarte amabilă și se vede că este pasionată de ceea ce face, am aflat foarte multe informații despre cultura Cucuteni. Dacă toți angajații din muzeele din țară ar fi la fel, poate altul ar fi gradul de vizitare. Recomand această mică nestemată din...
