Sibaristica Coffee Company — Restaurant in Екатерингофский округ

A nice place to grab a coffee or get a lunch. It has some hip/industrial vibe in the design. I liked the food and the space. Coffee drinks are of a nice quality, milk offer is sufficiently various.

It is located inside the second yard far from the entrance to the "Obvodnyy Dvor". Coming from the embankment you shall pass the entrance, go straight to the wall, turn left, go to the corner on you right hand an turn right there, then gostraight to the second entrance into the building standing on the left from you. Google maps doesn't led me there properly, offering to jump over the wall and try to enter in the wrong place.

The only thing I was unpleasantly surprised with was low sanitary standard, especially considering the patrons of this venue. Both staff and clients were acting with almost complete disregard to public health safety and were not just present inside without personal protection equipment or using disinfectant, but also were not following the very basics of social distancing or food safety (e.g. pastry were serviced and touched with bare hands without any prior noticable...

A really passionate team who try hard even when they aren't comfortable speaking English.

They offer a wide selection of beans and tea's (there's even a hot chocolate to take home) and there are good food options to enjoy on site as well.

The Cafe has areas demarcated for co-working and those not.

It has a good atmosphere, busy enough but not too busy.

Overall the barista's are friendly and really do their best to ensure you're looked after.

The short cappuccino was great, milk treatment was on point, but I do question the milk used by the majority of cafe's in St Petersburg.

действительно классный кофе: бариста сет, хэнд-брю, эспрессо, капучино - всё на уровне, видно, что кофе здесь любят; просторно, хотя место атмосферой и подходом в итоге больше походит на коворкинг, нежели на кофейню;

нет никакой системы номеров заказов, это прям очень странно. У прилавка называют позицию (например, капучино) и стандартно два человека идут забирать заказ, потому что непонятно кому он адресован. Один забирает свой капучино, а второй неловко уходит за стол. На дворе шёл 2021-ый год, это уже просто несерьёзно; местами грязно, с уборкой посуды всё тоже сложно, общая атмосфера всё же в духе "выпил-ушёл".

В целом я бы скорее сказал, что восприятие данного места это дело случая, в наш день уверенная четвёрка из-за дружелюбия девушки за кассой, которая показала, рассказала и посоветовала некоторые вещи. Это располагает. Если любите кофе и вам надоела однообразная неясная жижа в вашем районе - можно смело ехать, будете приятно удивлены. Если хотите провести романтичный вечер, насладиться обстановкой и прочее, то целенаправленно ехать не советую.
