Rockets & Bishops bar truly elevates the pub experience to new heights. This place is a mecca for beer enthusiasts, boasting an impressive array of different beer styles to cater to every palate. Personally, I recommend their "Original Pirate Material" lager, which possesses an intriguing depth of flavor, setting it apart from the crowd. However, it's worth noting, for some beer lovers the larger serving size could be an issue, as I found myself wishing it came in a 0.33 format.

Moving on to the food, their French fries are an absolute treat. Crunchy, golden and cooked to perfection, accompanied by an enormous selection of unique and tasty sauces, you simply can't go wrong.

The stylish, clean ambiance paired with the warm, friendly service makes for a truly enjoyable experience. This place has managed to find the sweet spot between a relaxed atmosphere and impeccable attention to detail.

A small bar that seems to be always busy and I can well understand why - great range of beers to wash down a great burger. Staff were efficient (found a place to squeeze us in when we thought it was hopeless) and friendly. The lady behind the bar spoke good English - very helpful! Young crowd - we were probably twice the age most of the other customers. Good atmosphere. Only criticism would be that my companion does not drink alcohol and they didn’t stock the standard soft drink options (cola, etc) so she sipped a glass of water while I worked my way through some of the more interesting beers...

“Ракеты” мощно выделяются на фоне многих бургерных засчет своего подхода к наполнению блюд. Авторские соусы, нестандартные сочетания, отсылки к кухням разных народов - от всего этого нехило разбегаются глаза. Некоторые комбинации оказываются и вовсе на любителя, но выбор есть. Классические бургеры также присутствуют. Относительно слабым местом можно назвать котлету, точнее прожарку. Видно, как в течение даже одного вечера medium может становиться более rare’ным и наоборот, от размера котлеты это не зависит. Вцелом, мясо достойное и к нему вопросов нет.

На наш взгляд, Rockets & Bishops - один из лучших баров Петербурга, небольшой, с хорошим выбором пива и еды. Бонусом идут интересные музыкальные подборки и спортивные трансляции. Стоит отметить, что на протяжении нескольких лет в команде барменов и официантов не так уж много новых лиц. Как минимум, это производит впечатление того, что людям в кайф работать здесь. Чего не хватает, так это места для сумок и рюкзаков: приварить пару крючков к столу, прикрутить еще парочку к столикам у стены, и станет гораздо лучше 😉

Будем честны, наше знакомство с петербургскими бургерами началось именно здесь, именно поэтому в первых обзорах мы обходили это заведение стороной. Хотелось вернуться сюда с более трезвым взглядом и постараться не быть предвзятыми. У @rocketsandbishops есть свой стиль, и это заслуживает внимания 👍
