Kravt Hotel — Hotel in округ № 78

We stayed in the Kravt Hotel on September 2019 as a family for 2 nights. We booked the rooms through Booking.com. The hotel accepts credit cards for payment. They charged us 150 Roubles per person extra for registering our stay with the local authority. The reception said it is their policy. Whereas when we stayed in Moscow, the hotel did not charge us any registration charges.||||The location is central, and less than 400 metres from Sennaya Ploshchad metro station. The neighbourhood is safe. There are a lot of restaurants in the adjacent streets. We dined from a Turkish restaurant near the hotel. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, which was of great help to us.||||The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so better be prepared for climbing the steps a few times a day. It is advisable to stay on the lower floor if climbing steps isn't your passion. Hotel mentions that they can help us carry our luggage while check-in and check-out, but we were unfortunate to get the help.||||The reception staff were extremely helpful and speaks good English. They let us check-in early at no additional cost. One of the trainee front office staff gave me her personal phone charger when I requested an adaptor. The hotel provided us with a baby crib and offered umbrellas for the duration of our stay.||||We informed the hotel that we are there to celebrate my wife's birthday and they surprised us by a gift. Hotel gifted us a fruit basket, champagne, and a handwritten card.||||They have water dispensers on all the floors, which helped us a lot in getting both cold and hot drinking water totally free.||||The breakfast was basic, but was fresh and tasty. The staff allowed us to take a few snacks from the breakfast buffet for our toddler since she refused to have food during breakfast time. We are thankful for the staff and hotel policy for letting us pack the snack box for our kid.||||We weren't happy with the room, there wasn't enough space to keep our luggage, we had to keep it next to the bed and it was totally uncomfortable. Probably they have a premium room which could be spacious than the standard room. The bathroom door had no lock. Staff arranged an extra portable room heater when we mentioned that we need more heating in room.||||We will surely stay in Kravt on our next holidays to...

Останавливались в этом отеле уже второй раз. Первый раз здесь были в июле 2023 года. Жили в отеле 6 ночей. |По отелю: Очень хорошее расположение, на право канал Грибоедова, на левой ул. Садовая. Напротив классный бар.До Невского проспекта близко со всех сторон. Мы ходили в основном пешком, т.к. все очень близко. По пути много мест, где можно покушать. |В отели есть только завтраки, можно снять номер вместе с ними или позавтракать отдельно,цена завтрака 700 руб. на человека(шведский стол) до 11.00 утра. И все, кроме кофе, больше ничего нет. Т.е и доставки в номер тоже нет. Висит меню бизнеса ланча уже второй год, но ничего нет, на вопрос что и почему так, ответ мы так и не поняли, сказали такая обстановка, но мы и не стали больше уточнять, т.к. проблем с покушать в Питере нет)|Ресепшен: Девочки очень хорошие, вежливые, ответят на все вопросы, все подробно объяснять хоть по телефону при бронировании, хоть лично в отеле. Единственный минус, у нас был поздний выезд и нам не продлили ключ карту и это выяснилось, когда мы прошли мимо ресепшена, поднялись на четвёртый этаж, уткнулись в неоткрывающуюся дверь, позвонили и нам сказали, что надо опять спуститься. Это конечно не конец света, но все же, мы шли мимо 1 минуту спустя, почему нельзя было об этом сказать сразу или предупредить в предыдущие дни. Это даже больше, как просьба на будущее. |Номер: В прошлый раз и в этот у нас был номер улучшенный стандарт, только тот на 3 этаже с окнами во двор, а в этот раз на 4 этаже и окнами на улицу( наша просьба). Оказалась они очень отличаются. Если очень коротко, в этот раз огромный номер, два окна, окно закрываешь ничего не слышно, ванная и душевая кабина, огромная раковина, вообщем я даже засомневался в улучшенной ли мы были в прошлый раз. И в прошлый раз прям за окном висело несколько кондиционеров, от которых было очень шумно, даже при закрытых окнах. Итог в этот раз повезло номер был очень хороший, прям очень нас порадовал)|P.S. Для тех, кто пишет, что есть запах канализации, согласна, очень редко бывает,но просто откройте воду на пару минут и все. Постоянного запаха никакого нет!|Уборка: В номере чисто, к нашему приезду охладили помещение, т.к. было жарко на улице, уже был включён кондиционер, что было очень своевременно и приятно. Полотенце меняли, шампуньки и прочее всегда пополняли, кровать застилали иногда, убирали. Все это делалось в наше отсутствие, нас никто никогда не будил и не беспокоил. Всё очень хорошо. |По звукам в коридоре понимала,что есть соседи, но в номере соседей слышно не было. |Итог: Отель хороший, не зря мы все таки там уже второй раз. И если поедем в Питер опять, то скорее всего остановимся здесь. Нам его тоже посоветовали друзья, теперь мы советую Вам. Спасибо. |P.S. The Kravt hotel is in a very good location if you want to walk to restaurants and shops.||It is a bit confusing to find the hotel as it is not really in the address they give you . The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Our room was on the first floor and it was a double or twin room. It was very tiny. There was no space to put your suitcase, you have to put it on the bed and after you closed it put it upright in the small sitting area.This room does not have a fridge or coffee facilities . The bed was nice and big and comfy.||The breakfast is a good spread of nice food. As my husband is a diabetic and his medicine must be in a fridge, they kept it in one of the hotels fridges and he just asked for it. We felt very safe in St Petersburg. It is a vibrant city but it would be difficult to see everything on your own. We had a personal guided tour that was fantastic. That is the way to see this...
