Burger King — Restaurant in Khimki

Totally bad experience. No price-list for the menus posted; the "kaccup", Moldoibraeva Venera was impolite and impatient, giving unclear or no answers at all for the inquiries, making pressures on us to choose fast. When we ordered two small cheeseburgers, she, without asking, put the orders for two large ones in the computer, and said high-handedly, that they ran out of small ones (!?). Plus, she placed two large pepsis on the counter full with ice, though, we had not asked for them.

Finally we asked for two double cheeseburgers, 245 Rubles per each, but on the screen 738 Rubles appeared. When we corrected her, she pulled faces and made remarks in Russian, that we did not understand.

The items of our order are not specified in the receipt, so we have no idea what we have paid for (almost a fortune).

Another strange thing: though there is a possible free Burger King wifi service in the Airport, Burger King (or the attendant?) does not give the code for it.

The whole episode is a shame for Burger King, shame for the Airport, ruining the traditionally good reputation of both.

Had a very bad experience with them. Ordered 2 Whooper meal and asked to pay 1756 rubbles, when I reviewed the receipt there were items there I didn’t order. I ask the staff to explain what are those items and was given several explanations that didn’t makes sense including getting charge for 2 napkins (according to the staff) worth 99 rubbles each. I also asked about the other items on my receipt and was told the meal included a pie but was never given any. I ask to speak to the manager but he didn’t bother speaking to me. As I didn’t speak or read russian it was hard to discuss my point but it was clearly a scam that they are running here and Manager seems to be in it. Had I not been rushing to board my plane I would have reported them to the police. It was not a lot of money in the end but running a scam at vulnerable people who don’t speak/read their local language is just not right. Okay this was disgusting. I say it right away, DO NOT eat there. I paid 757 rubles for one burger and 8 fried-to-death wings. I hardly imagine that anything I got was freshly made. Wings had no taste at all and were exclusively bad and dry. Burger really poor I mean like every fast food out there makes 10x better burgers. I didnt expect to get anything good in BK but such a bad food really suprised me. How can anyone return to such a place? Never going there again. And cherry on the top was only russian speaking personel on the international airport....
