We came here with my wife twice a week for almost 6 months in a row, and we always loved your food and coffee.

Unfortunately you’ve lost a loyal client, your staff is nice but isn’t well trained in hospitality, and they make you feel like an unknown despite coming 10 times a month or even more.

Today we were there having lunch as always, the place was empty, and the waitress told us is not allowed to use laptops, got that is your rule, but it was literally empty.

And also, I’ve always ordered double flat white, and the new waiter today didn’t know how to order it, and charged me almost twice for something I order always.

Good food, but very poor planned in terms of customer service, retention...

Десерты невероятно вкусные, порции большие, кофе великолепен. Все последующие кофейни невольно начинаешь сравнивать с ними. За зерновым кофе уже год, стабильно раз в месяц, приезжаем сюда, радует, что сорта всегда разные и можно попробовать новые вкусы.
