Abazhur — Restaurant in Vladimir

I'm a frequent traveler to Vladimir and Russia in general, and this was the most unfavorable dining destination I've ever experienced. I highly recommend that you avoid this restaurant at all costs. I give this place a year or two before it closes it's doors due to poor/rude/slow service. If you're hungry and want delicious food with quality service, visit Panorama or Shesh-Besh. I visited this restaurant a couple of weeks and ago and I will Never return. We had a large party on an early Friday evening and there was only about 2 or three additional tables seated when we arrived; a rather slow night. As the only English speaker in the group, I asked to see their English menu. I came to find out that all of the prices were incorrect and there were a great number of dishes that were no longer available. Also, don't reference the online menu because that is outdated as well, with incorrect prices and menu items. We were still waiting for another member of our party when we ordered our drinks, appetizers and entrees. After the order we asked to keep 1 menu to read through and hold for our additional party member. Our server (a man with glasses) demanded that we return the menu and said we were not allowed to hold onto it. When we refused, he squawked that he will come to collect the menu when they need it because they're short on menus and we would have to give it up! Mind you, we we're only one of 4 tables seated in the restaurant and the other 3 had their food already. He was extremely RUDE and had a terrible attitude. What kind of server argues with their patrons? They decided to switch servers on us and from this point forward we were being served by a female. (blonde hair) We noticed our previous server started setting up a table across from ours as if another party was arriving soon. As we waited an exorbitant amount of time for our appetizers, the staff was bringing meal after to meal to the other table even though the people at that table had not even arrived yet... The appetizers were nothing special, rather bland in taste. The hot dishes were cold. During our visit, we were never asked for refills on our drinks. Our entrees took FOREVER to arrive and when they did we received one at a time over a 15 minute period with the last dish 20 minutes after the first dish. HORRIBLE! I was finished with my meal before the last meal got to the table. None of the dishes required a significant amount of time to cook either, since the last dish was the same as the second dish that was delivered.. The entrees were worse than the appetizers. The chicken was rubbery and bland, the beef tongue was inedible, and just about everything was cold. When we received the check, there were a few items on there that we ordered but never received. When we informed the server, she raised her voice and began to argue with us claiming we were wrong. She soon realized that she was incorrect when we called the administrator(manager) to the table. We explained the entire dining situation to her and made sure she understood how terrible our experience was. For Vladimir, this restaurant is not cheap so you would expect much more, but it's service and food is worse than potato papa.. The manager simply gave 10% off our bill and removed the items we didn't receive. I will never come back to this hole in the ground again. The decor is cheap (fake paintings) the service is dreadful, and the food was borderline inedible. For these prices, they need to take a lesson from Panorama up the street to try and learn a little bit about dining. Or maybe send a team up to Moscow to figure out what fine dining is, so they can stop playing pretend. I would give 0...

Посещали в мае 2021г., в обеденное время, парой. Неплохое место рядом с центром города. Прикольный интерьер, как будто пришел в гости к любимой бабушке - нарочито разные столы, стулья, занавески и, конечно же, абажуры. Зал интерьерно разбит на зоны (разные обои, стилистика), многие столики естественно отгорожены от соседних предметами интерьера, что создает более приватную обстановку. В зале играет ненавязчивая и приятная музыка. Меню небольшое, и я всегда отмечаю это как плюс. Чем копаться в бесконечных пиццах, роллах и пастах, всегда приятнее увидеть перед собой в меру лаконичный набор блюд. Порции большие - это всегда плюс. Ценник средний, явно с расчетом на туристов, обед на двоих (закуска, салаты, горячее, пара бокалов вина и чай) обойдется порядка 3,5т.р. По кухне очень понравились запеченные баклажаны, салат с моцареллой и сыровяленым мясом и паштет (утиный, очень вкусный). Шницель назвал бы обычным, но смородиновый соус перевел его в разряд классных. А вот дорадо на гриле подкачала - в середине была плоховато прожарена и повар не удосужился удалить жабры, которые сильно горчили. Белое сухое испанское было вкусным и не дорогим. То же могу сказать про чай "Таежный микс". Отдельное спасибо за теплое молоко с медом, которого нет в меню, но которое сделали по запросу без проблем. Напоследок еще немного "не понравилось" - возможно это особенность занятого столика, потому что сотрудники кучковались где-то прямо у нас за спиной, было очень хорошо и отчетливо слышно как кто-то из них (предположительно, администратор) очень смачно матерится в процессе общения с коллегами (ладно бы разносила за что-то, но просто будничное общение - вы же в зале, а не в курилке!). Тем ни менее, с нами официанты были очень вежливыми и обходительными. В целом, место понравилось, рекомендую к посещению, не смотря на дорадо и сквернословящих...

Были в кафе 27 июня 2019 года. Хорошая атмосфера, приятная ненавязчивая музыка из старых американских фильмов. Хороший интерьер, чистые туалеты в наличии со всем необходимым. Были в четверг, поэтому народу было мало. Блюда подавали поочереди, официантка уточнила порядок подачи блюд. Порции хорошие, не маленькие. Особенно оказались большими порции вторых горячих блюд. Еда в основном вкусная, но были блюда, которые не удались. Например, грудка индейки из "вторых горячих блюд" оказалась сухая. Свинина в пиве была не очень вкусная. С остальными мясными блюдами все отлично, очень вкусно. С нами были трое детей, скажу сразу, что детям никаких развлечений нет, игровых зон или какие-либо занятия отсутствуют, поэтому детям было скучно. О развлечениях для детей сообщаю для справки, так как формат кафе именно для взрослых. По-моему, с 19.00 в кафе предусмотрена живая музыка, но мы ушли раньше, поэтому не могу высказать свое впечатление. В целом, мне все...
