Costa de Marfil — Restaurant in Kigali City

I went there with two friends. The waitress was still new, and didn’t know anything about the menu. She also barely knew any French or English.

We then asked after her manager, so we could get some clarifications about the menu. She let us know that most of the things on the menu would take an hour and a half to be ready, except for the grilled chicken or grilled fish. So that is what we decided to order.

We assumed our plates would look like those on the pictures featured on their Google My Business page, because as we were asking questions about the menu, we would show the pictures to the manager, without her telling us that our servings would significantly be smaller.

The mosquitoes were also biting like crazy 🫠 it got better when we asked them to do something about it, but they came back shortly after.

Bottom line, we left the restaurant quite underwhelmed. The only positive thing about the menu is the view...
