They have come a long way from their old days. POS works every time. Bill is digital They cloud have an option to send it to us also but now they just show it on their phone still much better than before. The new place is still small but better location and they have not increased their prices which makes them better priced than others. Their food has also improved both quantity and quality-wise. I am giving them a 5 star because of the huge improvement that has happened. The main staff are well trained and know what they are doing. Some of the new staff could still use some training. Now it's a good spot for really good Taiwanese fair.

Old 3Star Review I had given: Service took too long. They never have POS (card payment), always give the excuse that it's not working looks more like an excuse for tax evasion, can understand if it is not working one time but three times in two months...., also most places if it is not working they bring it and try with your card to show that it is not working.

The food was decent, but the other factors put it off. Pricing is also not reasonable for what is basically a hole-in-the-wall roadside eatery. 10000Frw for dumplings is overkill.

We wanted to give a chance to a small shop, but overall it looks like they don't care about customers and don't want to operate by local rules and regulations.

I would have given it a single star, but the food okays okay, and three or four employees are making a living out of this, so I don't want to give a single...

Pork Soup dumplings does.not disappoint In fact we have also tried the delicately wrapped #scratchmade veggie dumplings As well as the pan fried pork ones. Soups are done well here too including a very hearty version of hot and sour and a terrific well seasoned 5 spice tender beef soup. We've also enjoyed Mapo Eggplant and minced beef ...really every dish so far has been a winner and did you realize that the young Twainese mom is also a daring #girlboss who opened her first restaurant ever in the midst of a pandemic and in a foreign country...having lived here only a short time before taking the leap. kudos to Theresa and Sizzling Plate staff.
