Let me start by saying the food here is incredible. The cooks do a wonderful job putting together fresh ingredients to make some really delightful dishes. Best Ugali I’ve ever had hands down. You have to try it with the piri piri chicken!! However I’m sad to say the management needs upgrading. We arrived at 6:45pm and placed our order at 7pm. Two dishes arrived and were consumed before the other 3 even arrived which was very awkward. The final 2 dishes arrived after 8:30pm. The pizza order was wrong - we ordered a margherita but received a vegetable pizza. We were offered a refund and found out that the cook who made the error would have to pay for this out of their own pocket! We did not take the refund as we thought this was unfair and a terrible labour practice. The fundamental issue is that there were not enough staff. There were too many orders for the cooks to cope with despite this restaurant allegedly being covid compliant. They tried their best but when things are overwhelming, mistakes will happen. They need extra staff or they need to limit the number of customers. You cannot have a restaurant for 40 people with staffing for 20. Things will go wrong and it is not the fault of the staff. The very worst service I have ever had in my life. I visit a lot of places and I am not the person who can call a dog small cow. I have been at this place but never expected to get worse service like the one I got today. This is the only place you order something even very small one, and they come to you after 2hours telling you that they don't have it. Very disappointing and to someone who is starving. I think they need to be trained about hospitality because they really don't know what they are doing....

My friends and I popped in for lunch and received fast and friendly service. Three of us ordered the fish wrap and were impressed with the QUANTITY and QUALITY of food that arrived. The wraps were flavorful and the accompanying chips were hearty and fried to perfection.
