Chick-a-licious — Restaurant in Upolu

Our first meal on island- pretty good! The burger was average/ good- 6.5/10, as was the fish and chips 6/10. The fries were delicious. My kids enjoyed the chicken nuggets. Only issue is there was too much sauce. Ordered my kid a plain burger and it was smothered in two sauces- he wouldn’t touch it. There was ketchup poured in with the nuggets - and my other kid wouldn’t eat the ones with ketchup on them. My husband only ate half the fish bc he said there was too much sauce on them, but otherwise tasted good. Reasonably priced. Takeaway only, no seating. Small parking lot. Very...

Food was probably a 5 out of 10. But the customer service from lady at the front taking the order was 1/10. She was absolutely useless and unhelpful. Double charged me for sodas after i asked if they came with the meal. Got the order wrong three times. How does that even happen? Will never return. Maybe it was ok to act like a jerk to your customers 5 years ago. But Samoa has myriad options for tasty food at great prices with top notch customer service now. No need to go...
