Simply wow.
As we were entering a family leaving highly recommended the steak but we wanted to try some unusual Samoan dishes tonight - and boy we were not disappointed. Poke. Samoan Nachos (using taro chips). Pork Belly Bites. Grilled Prawn Salad. Banana Fritter Wrap and Oreo Cheesecake for dessert.
Each dish was superb. The poke was melt in the mouth and expertly seasoned. Samoan Nachos were deliciously crisp and perfectly paired with Mexican beans. The Pork Belly Bites were more than that. Massive (ie more than a bite), cooked to perfection and the BBQ sauce. 👌 Last to arrive was the Grilled Prawn Salad and even though The Simpson's said you can not make friends with salad they have not tried this salad. Juicy and perfectly grilled prawns sitting on a salad bed that with a slightly spicy local sauce just brought it all together.
Dessert of Banana Fritter Wrap and Oreo cheesecake. Both simple but delectable.
Washed down with their own lemonade and the local Taula Lager (well two rounds of each as it is thirsty work eating such a tasty meal). This meal was a highlight of our Samoan holiday and the chef should be very proud.
Next time, steak will be ordered and I...

The music was to our taste (throwback Tuesday!), and Sala our server was really lovely. It wasn't too busy tonight so our food came within really good time. I felt with all the touches that the staff and owners really care about this business and feel a part of it. That's a recipe for...

N then he said, sorry no space. I’m looking around n i see there’s space for 2. I asked him are you sure? He kept saying sorry there’s no room. I’m confused, why did he ask if there was no room at all. It was a disappointment. So i asked him, is there another restaurant nearby that is open, n he said Le Aiga Restaurant. So we left n we had a great experience with Le Aiga. Even though they had an event, yet they made room for the two of us where we can enjoy our meals. It was an absolute great...
