I appreciate the store's exceptional selection of fresh products. However, during my recent visit on 18/01/2024 around 4pm with my Punjabi husband who wears a turban, the individual stationed at the entrance did not welcome us but instead signaled to the cashiers by gesturing towards his head to indicate that a man wearing a turban was entering. While I understand that some may not have encountered someone wearing a turban before, it is concerning that every person in the store turned their heads and laughed out loud upon our arrival . It is incredibly unprofessional and discourteous to laugh at customers who appear different from oneself. Although it would have been acceptable for them to inquire about his background, laughing at people is never appropriate. Furthermore, when we proceeded to pay for our items, one cashier continued to chuckle and looking at another cashier while packing our order and even placed meats alongside baked goods in one bag. As much as I enjoy shopping at this store, I believe there should be an emphasis on training employees in how they interact with customers and present themselves...
