Replay Cafè Gluten Free Bistrot — Restaurant in Serravalle

It’s a shame this place wasn’t as good as we’d hoped. Since it has many gluten-free items including baked goods, breads and pastas, we thought we’d give it a try. Very disappointing because my risotto dish was way too salty and my wife’s dish of passatelli had a strange combination of ingredients with a diminished flavor. Then we ordered some biscuits that they bake on the premises and were sugar-free but oh so dry! Without coffee or tea they were not edible. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment because their service was really bad. By the time I had finished my risotto or what I could eat, they still hadn’t brought my wife’s dish. At least one lady came to our table and took responsibility for misplacing our order and not submitting my wife’s order in time. The whole place is not gluten-free, but there is a special corner where you can find only gluten-free food, mainly sandwiches and sweets. The cookies and coffee were delicious. Ho preso da loro una brioche VUOTA circa il doppio più grossa del normale SENZA glutine fatta in casa da loro, il gusto era decente, niente di che, quello che mi fa strano è che non hanno messo nemmeno il passamontagna prima di dirmi che costava (dopo averla pesata) 6,60 euro. Di sicuro se il loro obiettivo è farsi il Maserati a fine anno di sto passo ci riescono facilmente, prezzi ABOMINEVOLI! Avrei dovuto lasciarla li ma era l’unica cosa che mi ispirava e avevo fame. Bello che ci sia un negozio senza glutine a San Marino, brutto che prima di andare li a mangiare devi passare prima alla BSI ad aprire un finanziamento e ipotecare casa.
