I ordered one caramel frappe and donout. They give me the frappe without cream, when I ask for fill the cream they ask me back “you want cream?” Again they served without caramel syrup. Too bad behavior and seems like angry to the customer. The only dunkin I felt like this. 100% bad behavior. And I wonder about the straw which they given … it’s a juice straw 😠😠 how can I drink frappe with this straw…....

2021.01.27 I tried on Wednesday Dunkin.

For a change. Test failed dramatically. First, they dont have a Hot Americano. Only brewed regular coffee. To compensate me they had espresso so I took a double espresso.

The hygiene at this location was not meeting any guideline so I was in and out.

I even could not understand the cashier's words. Dunkin Management, please do visit the location and...

Only one server at 6 pm! Prioritizing online orders over waiting customer. I waited 15 minutes and the server ignored my request to get me a cup of coffee before he goes back to fulfill online orders. Never back...

انا من اكبر عملاء دانكن وقيمت اغلب فروعه بالرياض وخارج الرياض 5نجوم واول مرة أقيم فرع لدانكن بنجمه وحده وحذكر السبب فرع كبير وموقعة على واحد من أهم وافخم الشوارع في الرياض وماعنده شراء عن طريق تطبيق stc pay من جد شي غريب انا مريتهم وبالعاده اذا نزلتمن السيارة بروح دانكن اترك كل شي واخذ الجوال بس عشان بشتري عن طريق التطبيق كالعادة ولما تفضلت زعلت وطلعت ولا رجعت لهم قهروني من جد.
