Hala Hot — Restaurant in Al Rawda Muncipality

First of all, the owner and all the staff were very nice and friendly. The staff helped explain what items to put, helped make a sauce. The place is very clean, small but cute with a nice atmosphere. The food was good. I recommend getting only the spicy hotpot soup. I only ordered beef options, which were nice. Fried beef is not a part of the hotpot but I recommend it. There were several vegetable and starch options too. Price depends on how much of whatever you want, they provide you with a paper to choose. They also had several toppings and sauces you could get up and add. You could also get up and get drinks from their fridge which also had some Chinese teas, etc. Overall, was a good experience and I would recommend it especially because of nice staff and owner. This place was at best average. The food was good but service was terrible. It took like 10 minutes when the one guy that was running the entire restaurant came to us and said are you ready to order, then he realised he hadn’t even given us our menu, about an hour later our food arrives, it was good, the hotpot chicken was very good but we ordered noodles and they didn’t come, then about an hour later the guy comes and says, sorry we don’t have noodles, so we get the steamed buns instead but of course they don’t come after 30 hour. Now as we’re about to leave, we have finished the food that was given, the guy brings us indomie noodles. On the bill, he charged us for the noodles that came after we finished everything else. Amazing Korean place the food is nice i feel like i am in a Korean drama, but the staff needs to learn more about personal space they would come really close to me it makes me pend down and they would come even closer , just ask me to move alittle and i will . They dont know the menu they just hand us a paper with the items not available scratched, they didn't tell us that we had to pay for sauce (we have no problem to do so but it would've been nice to know) not just tell us take any sauce you want from there. They don't help us even though its our first time, we had to ask for everything, plates or chopsticks and it would take forever even though it was not crowded. But overall i would come again for the experience of the food...
