I recently had the displeasure of dining at Sagar Restaurant, and I feel it is my responsibility to warn others about the disappointing experience I had. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this establishment based on the numerous issues I encountered during my visit.

First and foremost, the management at Sagar Restaurant is severely lacking. There was a clear lack of organization and effective leadership, which ultimately affected the overall dining experience. The staff members exhibited unprofessional behavior and consistently displayed rudeness towards patrons. This kind of attitude is simply unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the establishment.

Moreover, the hygiene standards at Sagar Restaurant left much to be desired. Cleanliness is paramount in any restaurant, and unfortunately, this establishment fell short in this regard. The lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance of the premises raised concerns about the overall quality and sanitation practices followed by the restaurant.

To make matters worse, the home delivery service provided by Sagar Restaurant was abysmal. Despite placing an order well in advance, the delivery took an unreasonably long time. Waiting for an excessive period of time for a home delivery is frustrating and reflects poorly on the efficiency and commitment of the restaurant to fulfill customer expectations.

It is disheartening to note that Sagar Restaurant seems to prioritize certain customers, while neglecting others. All customers should be treated equally and provided with the same level of service and attention. I am happy that I found this great little restaurant on one of my walks around. The food is fresh,well prepared with the right amount of spice. The staff are friendly & Helpful.Please don't be put off by the deco as it a working man's restaurant and it adds to the charm.
