McDonald's — Restaurant in Al Rawda Muncipality

My favorite sandwich is the Big tasty .. and for my wife it is the Grand Chicken .. and we always order these 2 meals from any McDonald's ... today both of us had the worst ever Big tasty and Grand chicken. Cold sandwiches ... dry bread ... the extra sauce was not added .. toooo much onion in the Big tasty .. cold meat ... Both were surprised .. I wish I was able to return back the meals but since we started to the sandwich in the car after I start moving out of the parking and the return would take much time, I didn't return them back. I don't know the reason but I hope it is not you took your customer satisfaction...

Worst MCDO branch. Service very slow while all the staff joking around inside the counter. You need to check your order first if its complete or not before leaving because they will give it to you incomplete. I ordered upgraded meal which has large fries and added some nuggets but upon checking, they gave me medium fries and without the nuggets. You have to double check everything they are packing in the paper bag. Patty was overcooked and there are also missing ingredients in my mcroyale. Didnt bother to tell them because for sure they will...

اسوء خدمة موجودة في هذا الفرع اتمنى لو كان موجود اقل من نجمة هذا لم يكن اول تعامل مع الفرع دائما الطلب يتأخر ودائما غير مضبوط وغير ان الاسلوب من العاملين داخل الفرع اكثر من سيء اتمنى لو كان موجود مراقب فرع او مراقب اداء للعاملين في الفرع حتى يصل الى مستوى متوسط في التعامل مع الجمهور وخصوصا ان كل اللي يجي داخل المول سيدات واطفال فيجب ان يكون التعامل مع الجمهور افضل من كده.
