To the owner, we visited this store this morning. The cashier told us to place our order using the self-service screen and didn’t ask us anything about our order. We ordered five ice creams through the screen, paid, and waited for more than 20 minutes. When we went to ask about our order, we were told that they don’t have any ice cream.

This is extremely BAD customer service. I do not recommend anyone to visit...
