Update : Jan, 6, 2021 The rude cashier is still rude, the Shawarma Beef/Chicken are both served cold. The manager said it’s Because of the refrigerated Tahini Sauce ‼️

Really bad service, I didn’t even get to order, the staff looks extremely tired & everyone looks busy and not even willing to welcome or great or take your order, from the smallest staff to the management. I don’t recommend a visit if you are in a hurry. “Express” really ??? Who are they kidding??? Will never return to this overpriced, non friendly, pretentious restaurant. If they had “0” starts I would have used it on the review #👎🏼 Bravo for scaring off customers even before trying the food

Update: 3/6/2019, 2:00 am Byblos Xpress: This establishment is a joke!! I usually revisit the restaurants after a bad experience to give them a second chance to redeem their self. But when the restaurant is empty and the cashier tells me I have to wait 15min for a Shawarma Sandwich because of on line orders, that’s just ridicules & not accepted. Xpress, !!!! I am a local Guide & I have over 9000,000 views on my account . I hope more and more people read reviews before visiting...

Byblos belongs to one of the biggest F&B companies in Jeddah, “Laylati Group” they own first class & fine dining restaurants i.e. Almultaqa, Tooki “chinese” Byblos “Lebanese” and own & operates the best wedding hall in town Laylati. since my office is very close to them we order from Byblos twice or three times a week for mores than 3 years (Hamra & prince Sultan branch), top quality, reasonable prices, good delivery service. Never had bad experience not even once. I saw a guy giving them 1 star cause they asked him to wait 15 minutes cause they’ve have lots of online orders but apparently he didn’t like that and gave them 1 star and threatening them that he has x number of views and reviews bla bla bla. for anyone thinking about eating from Byblos go ahead enjoy your meal and forget about Mr. “local...

I love their food, flavourful and delicious. Prices are on the medium end, I ordered a small sheesh tawook meal which comes with a small plate of fries and a drink and I added a bottle of water for a total of 30 riyals. My advice for the place to change their blinds to blackouts or the windows to tinted. Dhuhur/ lunch hour made your place extremely hot and too bright, even with the current blinds you have, and I bet your AC bill is sky rocketing. I hope that helps. Overall I rate the food 5 stars. The only reason I gave it a 4 is for the prices and the fact I was squinting the whole time I was there because of the south facing windows. Cheers and...
