1.It took 20 minutes to take my order until i went and took my order at the cashier myself
I ordered a club sandwich and it took 45 minutes and when i asked the cashier she said that its finished, pointing to the bakery behind her. I waited for 10 more minutes until i told her that i want to just cancel the sandwich and get a pizza instead. She was very rude and said: so whats gonna happen to the old order should i throw it away??
Instead of apologizing for taking over 30 minutes to make a sandwich she was rude and blamed me for not waiting
The other employee lied again and said it was finished and she went to the other side of the restaurant to check on the order! This proves that the first employee was lying when she pointed to the back saying it was finished.
The other employee came and said it was finished and she lied too it wasnt finished.
They refused to change my order with something else despite not even starting with it.
They wouldnt let me cancel my order and not pay so i told them that i will not pay!!!
This place used to be my familyâs go to bakery but not anymore. Im conducting my business elsewhere since the customer service is horrible
Instead of apologizing and just giving me a slice of pizza worth 35 sar they decided to lose 5 customers, me...
Read moreI've heard and read mixed reviews about this place, bottom line, don't trust any review and try it for yourself. First the restaurant: The doughnuts 4.5/5, were fluffy and really good, but the filling was a bit sweet for my taste, but everyone else loved them. The brownies 5/5, hands down the best I've ever tasted, so fudgy, chocolaty and it melts in your mouth, must try! Almond croissant 5/5, crispy outside and full of real chopped almonds, not almond flavor or essence. Sourdough pizza 5/5, the crust is everything. Amaretto cookies 5/5, again real chopped almonds and it tastes amazing with coffee. Smoked turkey and cheese croissant 4/5, real good but needed a fresh salad inside to break the fat . Smoked salmon with cream cheese 5/5, good combination Roast beef sandwich 5/5, the mustard gives it the perfect kick! Beef burger 5/5, juicy and flavorful and everything you wanted in a burger, even the fries are perfect, must try!
Now the BAKERY SCHOOL, I've signed up for sourdough class with chef Hussein, he was so informative and thorough. We covered many types of sourdough and practiced many useful techniques during the class and took some homework with us. I totally recommend attending their classes if you are interested in the world of...
