مطعم شيزان الهندي - صاري — Restaurant in Makkah Region

Used to be my favorite Indian place. What a shame. I honestly dont think I’m coming back.

Poor reception and poor,rude waiter to welcome you.

The tables are covered with plastic ! They used to use white table clothes !! That just tells you how the management is heading.

We where not served the usual papadams and chutnies they always serve. Again cutting cost in an obvious way.

The food is not as vibrant and full of flavor like before.

Everything is bland and dull. The naan which was one of the pleasures of dining there is not freshly baked (I hope its not a returned bread from other table).

The chicken and lamb is tough and way overcooked 👎🏻 simply its a disaster and shameful thing to happen to such a great place. I hope they can fix their issues and start to focus on...

Shezan for me One of the best or The best Indian Restaurant in Jeddah,

#Design The Design is Decent not over like we get to see from a lot of Indian restaurants nor cheap like most basic restaurants.

Simply decent and clean

#Food & Drinks Will this point is the major hardcore point here shizan is making a hell of delicious Indian food the Recommended Dishes Appetizers : Shrimp Pori, Tomato Soup or lentil Soup Main Dish : Shrimp Kakenada, Chicken butter, tika masala and boryani rice. Drinks :the famous Saudi Champagne.

Take note that eating without taking the level of Indian Spicy is not fulfilling the Creteria of having a delicious Indian food.

In a Dining Set-up Experience, The Waiter need to be more Attentive , not after they put the last order in the table will be the last time that the clients should see their faces, after several minutes the waiter should go back and see to it if they need other matters as well or if they want to order more. In our case, that did not happen.

Fortunately for us, the Food is above expectations. We asked them not to put much Chili and they did. I Love the Qubus Bread with melted butter. That alone can satisfy anyone I guess.

Ambiance is of typical Indian Resto. Not too much Designs so the Diners will not have to worry about losing their senses on the surroundings and not the food.
