Everything was great. Rooms were clean and had plenty of space. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. F&B staff was welcoming food was good both in selection and quality. We had breakfast all but one day of our 5 day stay and it had staples such as the omelet station the choices of fruits and other items varied a little from day to day. Food was always fresh of good quality. Our highlight was the housekeeping staff., especially Jareth (I am sure I have his name wrong) but I wanted to call him out he knew who we were and our room numbers by our second day and went out of his way multiple times a day to ensure we had everything we needed. The whole staff where incredibly attentive ensuring we always had bottled water wether in our rooms or in the rooftop garden we spent many afternoons in enjoying the shade and breeze where we could sit and talk while planning our next adventure in the city. Hyatt is a good hotel everywhere I have stayed but the level of service here felt like we had stayed at a 5 star luxury resort well beyond our means. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah wether like us a visit after having lived there years before like us visiting after almost 40 years or there as a regular in for business. Location was well located to visit the historic downtown Souq’s or go to explore various malls, the Cornish or places from our childhood and see what all has changed. Within about 1.5 km we found a great traditional shawarma place, gourmet chocolate and a variety of different Resturant’s that we...

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jahid, the kind gentleman who tidied my room during my stay. He has consistently been gracious and polite, always greeting me with a warm smile and asking if there’s anything he can assist with whenever we cross paths. Although I’ve rarely been in the room due to a full-on training schedule, his presence and professionalism have truly stood out.|I also want to express my deep appreciation to Samir, the Housekeeping Manager. I encountered him on my second day, seated near the business centre. When I approached the desk to ask for directions to the nearest store for essentials like soap, crackers, and milk, he didn’t just point me the way—he offered to personally drove me there. As someone visiting Jeddah for the first time and unfamiliar with the area, I was incredibly moved by his compassion and empathy. His thoughtful gesture went far beyond his duties and made me feel genuinely cared for. It was an act of kindness I won’t forget. Their dedication, warmth, and humanity reflect the highest standards of hospitality. I’m truly grateful.|I’d like to offer a small suggestion that could enhance the experience for guests using the fitness area. Considering that many of your visitors are international travelers who may be adjusting to different time zones, it might be helpful to install a visible clock in the gym. This simple addition would allow guests to better manage their workout schedules and stay mindful of time, especially when coordinating with training sessions or other...

If you’re looking for an unforgettable Ramadan dining experience in Jeddah, look no further than the Ramadan Nights Buffet at the Hyatt House Jeddah. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality that set the tone for a truly memorable evening. The buffet offered an impressive array of food choices, catering to every palate, and the variety was simply outstanding. Whether it was traditional Middle Eastern dishes or international flavors, there was something to satisfy every craving.

A special mention must go to Mahabub, whose attentive and thoughtful service made our experience extra special. He went above and beyond, checking on us multiple times throughout the evening to ensure that everything was to our liking. Mahaboub’s warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home, and we truly appreciated the personal touch he added to our dining experience.

It’s clear that the management takes great pride in providing top-notch service. Mr. Iqbal was also very hands-on, overseeing every detail to ensure that everything was perfect. It was evident that the entire team is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Overall, the Ramadan Nights Buffet at the Hyatt House Jeddah is an absolute must-try. From the incredible food to the outstanding service, this is a dining experience you won’t want to miss. Thank you, Mahabub, Iqbal and the entire team, for making our evening...

Arrived on the 23rd for 6 nights as it was a family wedding taking place in saudi and this hotel looked great and had good reviews. Great hotel and great customer service from all the staff at Hyatt hotel. Special thank you to all the waiters and chefs and manager always welcomed my family with smiles. always going out of their way to cater. The breakfast buffet has a great variety and plenty. The young lady at the reception didn't get all the names but she was always so helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious and cleaned regularly thank you to the housekeeping staff they were brilliant. The young male who cleaned my room always asked if it was good enough he did write his name on a card but I forgot his name but my room number was 314 special thank you to him. We did make the most of our stay using the pool for the children which they spent everyday for at least an hour before heading out for our events. We did make use of the small gym too. The garden rooftop is a great view and the breeze up there is so refreshing which we discovered after few days of our stay there is a seperate entrance on the same level of the pool area. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Definitely would recommend and it's 15 minutes away from Jeddah airport and central to shops, malls and many other places.
