Baytoti — Restaurant in Makkah Region

I had a wonderful dining experience at Bitoti Restaurant last night, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone who loves Chinese cuisine!

We started our meal with the Tom Yum soup, and it was a fantastic choice. The soup was bursting with flavors—spicy, sour, and aromatic, with fresh herbs that made each spoonful delightful. It set the perfect tone for the rest of our meal.

Next, we enjoyed the shrimp dumplings. They were exquisite—light and tender, with a flavorful shrimp filling that was absolutely delicious. These dumplings were definitely a highlight of the evening!

We also tried the shrimp balls, which were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They were a great appetizer and paired perfectly with the dipping sauce provided.

The Chinese rice was fluffy and well-seasoned, a wonderful accompaniment to our main dishes. It added a comforting touch to the meal.

Finally, we indulged in the meat teppanyaki, which was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and flavorful, beautifully presented, and truly satisfying.

Me and my family always love to eat at Baytoti Sari St Branch.

We always order this items on their menu and here is my ratings; Chicken Zsechuan - 10/10 (this is my favorite) :D

Mixed Seafoods - 5/10 (the taste is very delicious, but its not worth it for the price, it has too much tomatoes and onions, and it only has very small amount of squids and shirmps)

Lomi Soup - 8/10 (this is our favorite soup on the menu, maybe before the pandemic the soup has lots of nooddles, and chicken and beef inside but now its very less, for me it should have been more acceptable if they will increase the price a little bit but the quantity and quality should stay the same)

For the other dishes, for me, the quantity is very less compared to thier prices.

Speed Of Service - wait time is around 15 to 20 mins for lean hours. For dinner time or lunch time you have to wait longer for the order to arrive

Staff - I give 9/10 ratings for the staff. They all are attentive, respectful and kind. I should give it a 10 but dont see any Managers or Supervisors on the floor

Cleanliness And Hygiene - 10/10 (store is very neat and clean. Smells nice inside also)

I rarely write a bad review. Usually if I have a bad experience somewhere, I just ignore it. But this one was too bad to let it just go.

Because of my previous bad experience with their services, I was too hesitant about going there again. But eventually, I decided to give this restaurant a second chance.

I found out that they totally forgot about my order after 30 mins. I had to repeat it 3 times to 3 different waiters. Finally the order was brought after 1 hour.

Food was cold, but I was expecting that since this’s their standard. But they did not cease to surprise me again. This time, food was brought with hair in it “specifically in the middle of my noddles”

I asked for the manager, he came, took the plate, replace it with another plate of noodles and said “This one is new”. He did not even apologize. I was actually too stunned. After a lot of talking and shouting “which I never do”, the manager said “fine, we’ll remove this plate from the bill”

I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and this was absolutely my last time me, my family, relatives or friends...
