Bursa Iskender — Restaurant in Makkah Region

AMAZING! The food is spot on! The waiters are very kind, especially a girl names "Naya". She is very responsible and knows what to do. She understands both English and Arabic so it is easy to communicate. There is also a very nice man who has a cool mustache and really makes kids laugh. There is a complementary dish after every meal which consists of out-of-this-world sweets and some tea. Everything looks cool and the atmosphere is happy. Sometimes, though rare, you can even see the chefs juggling things, like potatoes, or see a waiter set the top of the food trolley on fire. That is done to roast a dish, which is a giant bowl covered with bread and tons of filling inside, sort of like a pie. Surprisingly, everything is good and is a nice alternative from usual Saudi and Pakistani/Indian food. Everyone is very nice and there is a lot of food choices, from traditional pizzas to old traditional dishes. Naya, as mentioned earlier is very nice, I remember greeting her, and after she replied she continued the conversation, "Is this your first time coming here?" and " Are you looking for the bathroom" were a few of the questions she asked. It's definitely worth going here. I don't tend to eat much but i guess this place is an exception. There are a lot of other amazing things about this place, you can check em' out!

UPDATE: Best resturant EVER. There's no competition to begin with. Ok so starting off. Im NOT a fan of eating. LIKE AT ALL. And kind of a picky eater myself. Hence im basically a self-proclaimed stickman 🤺. But every time i step foot off this amazing establishment I am proud to say that I feel full. Its a great place for eating with family. Although it seems like a higly traditional resturant- you can find burgers 🍔(doner) or soup🥘, rice🍚, BBQ🍖, and all sorts of amazing food.

I would especially like to thank 💟NAYA💟 Amazing waitress. Super kind. (I really liked your nail polish!) She understands english and any request like asking for extra broth (soup) in our order. 💛BAYAN💛 I honestly thought you were Naya's sister. Just as amazing and the names are similar too. I never thought women/girls could be so good at this job. 💎FARHAD💎 Also an amazing waiter. Oddly No miscommunication at all. Its a special resturant as everything always goes smoothly. (Nice hairstyle tho ☺)

You also get the most delicious complementary dessert ever🍮. Along with kehva (tea without milk)🍵. You can also get more complementary food for free. But dont get too greedy 😉. The food is just as amazing. You can order this meat which comes cooked in a tray and the waiter then lights the tray on fire🔥 (you can see other people order it) its an awesome show. You can sometimes catch the chef juggling things like potatoes🥔. You can also see this man with a funny mustache who i think is the manager roaming around the area. He might seem serious but everyime he gets sight of someone he smiles or makes a funny face😃. Very enjoyable experience. Everyone is super nice. Bathrooms are nice and clean and fancy☄. Super atmospheric and full of ambience. From the hanging lights💡 to the vintage old vases⚱ kept in the wall next to tables everything is absolutely spectacular! No reason not to go. This resturant has to be one of the top 5 if not the top 1. It should be in a list of "Good things to invest money in.💸" Seating is also almost immediate and very likely you dont have to wait for a table. The furniture is high quality and comfortable. Update (March, 2023): Went for dinner... The food was terrible,the kebab was an exception! Almost all food was cold and the taste wasn't as good as before and definitely not worth the steep price!

Food was very good but Adna Kabab needs to be a bit more tender... The Kofta Tajin with Potatoes wasn't any special...their pies were very good... Location and parking great.

The tea is better of course because it is made the Turkish way but I ooved it as it has very forward berries notes. Loved it.

All of the staff were very attentive.But Mr. Roland in particular was outstanding! He was very friendly and professional at the same time... Knows how to strike a good conversation and establish rapport.

I definitely recommend this place and I hope they improve or at least maintain their...
