Museum of Home Art — Attraction in Makkah Region

It was a very special visit ✨. We visited a place that holds so many beautiful memories for my mom ❤️. She used to work here back in the 80s, and now it has been turned into a museum. Seeing her walk through the same halls she once worked in, with so much love in her eyes, was truly emotional 🥹. She kept pointing at every room, every corner, telling us stories, sharing memories, even some funny ones 🥰, and bringing the whole place back to life. Watching her revisit those years made my heart so full 💖.

I couldn’t stop thinking about the man who built this place, a man with great vision and a smart mind, who was one of the first to open a museum in Jeddah 🌟. He built something far ahead of its time, thinking of every small detail that still stands strong today. May his soul rest in peace, and may his beautiful legacy continue to live on 🤍. Mom always told us how kind they were and how much they treated her like their daughter.

Das Museum of Home Art ist definitiv einen Besuch wert! Ich habe selten so viele schöne Dinge und Räume auf einmal gesehen. Man kann kaum fassen, wie viel Dinge der Besitzer gesammelt hat und für Besucher zugänglich macht. Ich hatte einen sehr netten Guide, welcher mich eine Stunde durch die enorm große Villa geführt hat - alleine hätte man sich definitiv verlaufen. Es gibt wunderschöne Möbel, Deko, Bilder etc aus verschiedenen Ländern und Epochen zu sehen. Die Fontäne und der „Wasserfall“ im Haus sind das absolute Highlight!
