That was one of the weirdest restraunt experiences I‘ve ever had! Though we were initially very excited about the place and the food, everything from this point just went downwards!

We were being constantly and persistently asked about the dishes, but when we gave a few comments, the waiter started to get defensive and went on about how much time the staff spent to perfect their menu. It was very annoying as he wouldn’t stop talking and we still had food on the table to eat but we had to wait for him to finish!

We also had to cancel one of the dishes as it came late and the eggs weren’t cooked to our liking, but the waiter insisted that he gets us something else and that it’d be on the house anway! But then the bill came and we were charged for the dish which was supposed to be complementry as we were made to believe! The lady at the reception came to us and was being rude trying to convince us that we ordered the dish and we need to pay! Funny when we hardly touched it as we didn’t want it on the first place!

That was just so weird! You don’t bother your customers asking for very specific feedback and then get defensive when you hear something you weren’t looking forward to hear!

When your food is good, but you make a customer’s first experience go this bad, you simply lose one forever.

Nice place, calm , presentation of the food is excellent, a bit expensive , taste wise is fine not great as I heard , pancake is disappointing to my taste and the ice cream is homemade but tasteless and icy not creamy , I might visit again cause I liked the atmosphere and staff but definitely will change my order. I wrote the above and was contacted directly by the manager for assuring the manager quality and offering their services to improve my experience along with chocolate pancakes . Their act really touched me and they can rest sure I’m going to be their loyal client in favor of their high manners . And the manager was right they do have exquisite dishes in the menu , I’m not a chocolate pancake fan but GOD this one was a delicious chocolate explosion, rich with flavor and just the proper amount of sweetness , big like 👍 and I wish for them to further grow...

They do have a nice coffee and a nice place. However, there is one female employee who work there and have the worst attitude. She always angry and she thinks she is the manager when she isn’t. The whole time my friends and I were there she was staring at us for no reason and saying rude things thinking we can’t hear her. literally non of my friends are going there again because of her. Every time I ask a family member or friends to go with me to this coffee shop because I like their coffee, they never talk about how good is the coffee they always talk about how horrible is that female employee. No way the owner of this place doesn’t know how bad she is and that she is ruining the place and driving customers away. I don’t recommend going there because for the price I am paying for the coffee I expect a good service and...
