There was continuous disturbance from some guests on the second floor who appeared to be airline crew members. The entire floor was extremely cold despite turning off the air conditioning inside the room, and to make matters worse, there was no hot water in the bathroom during my shower. As a result, I suffered from body aches due to the cold and was unable to sleep the whole night. Sadly, this led to an unproductive business trip as I couldn’t perform my work tasks properly because of the lack of rest.
