Location: Excellent location covering North West of Jeddah (As-Salamah, Al-Zahra, An Nahdah, even An-Naeem) also partially Shatea west of King Abdulaziz. Plenty of parking space and easy approach from Prince Sultan and Mohammad Al-Attas Roads Ambience: Very soothing Atmosphere and good ambience, nice seating with a cosy but a bit limited in ground floor (did not have chance to go to first floor. May be next time) Menu: Rich menu fulfilling all types of tastes. Access able through barcode. Service: Great service with smile and the gentleman serving us was on continuous alert to fulfill whatever we request. It took exactly 10-15 minutes for the whole order to arrive (we already received the compliments, drinks and starters two minutes after the order was taken). Food Quality: excellent with good portion. They have lunch offer ranging from 49, 69 and 89 Sun-Thu. It includes One Soup, one Salad and drink plus one main dish (some with sides). The quantity is already filling that we did not see a need for appetizers (we were two people) Drinks: we ordered Ice tea and water. The rest was usual soda drinks. But their in house made drinks selection is good. Chk out: very quick with all the option and accepting all methods of payments (no bank transfer and/or STC direct payment). My recent visit to Outback Steak House in U-Walk Mall was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. I informed our waiter about my dairy allergy, and though I didn’t catch his name, he was an absolute champion. He went above and beyond to ensure my meal was safe and enjoyable, treating my concerns with the utmost care, almost as if I were family.

We ordered a variety of dishes, including the Victoria Steak, sizzling steak, quesadilla, crispy chicken bites, BBQ chicken salad, pasta, and fried onion. Each item was perfectly cooked and exceeded our expectations. The flavors were on point, and the presentation was impressive.

I also want to express my gratitude to the restaurant management for fostering such a dedicated team. Their commitment to customer service truly stood out during our visit.
