I got my visit to this place by chance from their another competitor on the side. Philippino Waiter named Jose did a great job by making sure that I'm happy with my food and with my visit. Fantastic approach, above and beyond service with warm smile, readiness for the help and attention to detail. Food is delicious and mango juice with orange topping needs to be adjusted with the proper garnish. I really appreciate that. The raw bar with the seafood items looks awesome. It's a clean place and there is a praying facility.

I put one star because once I was having several confusions with the menu then I called their manager or supervisor, they couldn't give proper explanation, they were trying to make me more confused as they already are, they interrupted and cut my words didn't treat me with a proper manner and sense of respect or didn't show proper hospitality, if I want to mention their mistakes as helping for their improvement they didn't have proper understanding and couldn't handle the complaint and so on.

I hope they acknowledge their managers and supervisors properly to be able to handle the guests who are having confusions with the menu, problems with miscommunication and being capable of the restaurant rule which is "You control the table, the table doesn't...

Covid-19 restrictions aside, because we get it and understand. This review has nothing tondo with that.

First of all, the restaurant has a nice ambiance. Scan menu right inside the door and a very nice display of seafood as you walk through to be seated....that's the end of the good part of this review.

It became rapidly apparent that this staff was not formally trained as wait staff or.dealing with customers. Their process was broken from the beginning. They were disorganised at best. The drink order was never taken. Appetiser order was never taken. Main course meals came out in random order. We continually requested the status of our apps. The drink also never came for many of our 10 person group despite several attempts. Half of the main courses came out, but after 2 hours in the restaurant we finally had enough.

After an audit of the bill we found that they tried to charge us for several of the items that never came out.

After 2.5 hours we finally left the restaurant. Disappointed to...

One of the worst experiences, I booked a table for 10 to have no delay, even though, they brought the fish before the soup and even before the plates, we asked for plates several times, no response, i went down stairs to look for a waiter because there was no staff upstairs, after, every body on the table got angry and started shouting and we decided really to leave they came finally with the plates and soup and rice that was ordered more than 40 minutes before, but unfortunately, then the fish and shrimp that came before was already cold, we needed to ask then for tahina and limon and tissues, nothing comes without asking and insisting. I was embarrassed between the people I invited they were all not happy with the experience, I came 4 months ago and everything was great, but this time was so bad.... And at the end we didn't get at least...
