Ordered: Grilled Manto: 4/5 Fried Kings Prawn: 4/5 Sayadeysh Crackers with truffle Nagel: 0/5 Jareesh: 2/5 Burrata salad: 2/5 Debysza : 2/5 The first two dishes were ok. The grilled mento had good flavors and dipped in a vinegary sauce that differentiated from Gyoza. The fried prawns were extremely good. The spices were present and the prawn were fresh.
The rest of the dishes were very disappointing unfortunately.
I couldn’t taste any true fusion . The Nagel crackers were very mild and no taste of truffles
The burrata salad was just that! Cheese and mixed greens. Very bland dressing
The jareesh was just like very runny and extremely heavy with butter which you would expect in any household or restaurant. Nothing creative there.
The desert was a combination of sugar, cream and caramel. Really no taste of real debyazah.
The music was a bit loud. The chef was sitting in the restaurant cuz no customers was there.at ine point i could hear him blowing his nose behind me. In another instance, he was cracking jokes and laughing loud with his friends who were the only ones at the restaurant making the atmosphere really low class. He was kind enough to come snd say hi snd make sure everything was ok.
The rest of the dishes in the menu didn’t resemble any fusion that was i did mot order.
Probably will not come back until the menu is updated.
I would probably recommend the restaurant to a foreigner or a tourist but definitely...

The food is absolutely delicious! We tried the salad, ribeye, and pumpkin salad—all were perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The ribeye, in particular, was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection.
As for the sweets, they were simply the best I’ve ever had! Every bite was heavenly and left a lasting impression.
