Complaint Regarding Service at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse – August 15, 2025

Dear Management Team

On behalf of DXN, we organized a meeting program and dinner party at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse on Friday, August 15, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The event was attended by over 100 guests, including our Managing Director, Mr. Delwer Hossain, Executive Committee Director Mr. Jahangir Alom, and other esteemed attendees.

Regrettably, the service and quality provided were far below expectations. As per our contract, Fogo de Chão charged 250 Riyals per person, yet the offerings were severely lacking. Only salad items were readily available, and we were informed that steak would be served per their standard system. However, when servers finally approached our group, the steak was nearly depleted, and the manner of service was substandard—as if they were doing us a favor.

Key concerns raised by our guests include:

Poor Quality of Steak – The meat was not juicy and did not meet expected standards.

Highly Unsatisfactory Service – The overall experience was disappointing.

Rude Behavior from Staff – Two waitresses were particularly impolite in their interactions.

Additionally, after lodging complaints, some guests did not receive steak or desserts. While the chef eventually arranged three tables for our group, this did not compensate for the overall failure to meet contractual obligations.

We expect Fogo de Chão to uphold the agreed-upon standards as per our contract and seek clarification on how such lapses occurred. We would appreciate a prompt response regarding corrective measures or compensation for this...

I had the pleasure of dining at Fogo de Chão in Jeddah recently, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, with a perfect blend of modern elegance and authentic Brazilian flair. But what truly made the evening memorable was the impeccable service and hospitality.

We were greeted by a wonderful host ohoud and she was very nice and friendly and helped us throughout our dining experience and made sure we had the best experience.

A special shoutout to the amazing staff – Sojib, Joy, Imran, and Rayan – who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were not only professional and attentive but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. From explaining the menu to ensuring our plates were never empty, their service was seamless and sincere.

The food, as expected, was phenomenal. Each cut of meat was grilled to perfection, juicy, and full of flavor. The continuous tableside service kept things exciting, and the Market Table offered a fresh and diverse selection to complement the main courses.
