Earlier today, we stopped by Urth cafe for a drink, but ended up ordering Thai red tea boba, organic green tea with boba, la picante pizza, and cinnamon caramel tiramisu 😌

Thai red tea boba🧋 we liked it better than the green tea boba. It has a strong tea flavour that goes really well with the tapioca bobas 🤍 💵 34 SR

Worst experience ever! It was crowded and I had to wait for 40 minutes to be seated. I asked to sit outdoor. The receptionists took my name. They allowed other customer who came after I did to sit just because they knew them personally. Even nepotism found its place in Urth Caffe! After Sitting outdoor, it took forever for a waiter to give us the menu. U tried to order but I was told that I had to go and order myself. Why didn’t the receptionist or the waiter mention this before? I could have went inside to order and saved lots of time! I swallowed my pride and went to order. After standing in a queue for 10 minutes, i was told that the menu given to me by the waiter was the breakfast menu and couldn’t be served now! I immediately asked for the manger to find a solution for this chaos. What happened was very unprofessional. I waited for him for 20 minutes to leave his ivory tower “office”, but unfortunately, he never showed up. So, I was thinking “no wonder!” Next time I crave Urth Caffe, I will wait until I go to Riyadh. 7 times in Riyadh branch, never felt humiliated and taken for granted. I don’t know how to be fair in this review.. This is not my first time but it was disappointing. I ordered Eggs Salmone « Medium to runny eggs » with spread avocado instead of slices. And ordered 2 Quadra coffee « extremely hot » & Caravan kale Salad..

10 minutes later I was told the avocado can’t be served but in slices & I said, « OK ! » It is their right after all to stick to their way although I don’t understand why I would have a certain preference that is actually available for other dishes and they wouldn’t replace mine with it?! They could have charged me more for my customized order instead of saying that they can’t while they can! Anyway, I accepted as I brought a friend with me to show her my favorite breakfast place, so I didn’t want to ruin her first impression!

10 minutes later, the Salmon Eggs were served extra well done!!! While I requested them medium to runny!! So they had to re order the dish and we had to wait double the time! 5 minutes later, Quadra coffee was served room temperature!! While I ordered it extremely hot!

The salad was very good, but I’d never invite friends to have such experience!
