Daimumah Restaurant | مطعم ديمومة — Restaurant in Medina Province

By far the worst experience at a restaurant in all my life. The food is good but not at all worth the wait and the bad service and over billing and extremely bad management of orders.

We arrived at 08:45 and were still waiting for out table and food until 10. This is despite blocking a table.

The food came out cold and not all at once. One of the orders was not available and they realised it after an hour of placing the order. They then followed it by providing meat and chicken to a vegetarian 3 different times back to back.

They served water that wasn’t ordered and had a lot of items on the bill that wasn’t even ordered.

This is our second time at Daimumah and we never have had mocktails or tea here. They always mention that the restaurant is crowded and the kitchen is busy and they cannot make the juices or tea. They recommend us to have only sodas or water.

If you are a regular visitor to AlUla you know how it’s a struggle when it comes to food and Resturant’s. Most are overpriced and the menus are meant to be super fancy but end up being a disappointment. Well NOT this place. Local produce - farm to table - choices to suit all foodies and even picky eaters - quality outstanding - service delightful - amazing surroundings and prices to suit every wallet. Well done to the team that came up with this place. By the way it’s not just a restaurant, it’s a whole outdoor experience - someone asked me if alula had lost its magic as I have been back so many times and I said yes. But Daimumah sparked the magic in me again, and made me realise THIS is the sort of projects I want to see more off.
